I’m an IBCLC and postpartum doula with years of hands on lactation experience, guided and mentored by some of the very best in the field. My work is grounded in a deep love for supporting new families during one of the most vulnerable, powerful, and transformational seasons of life. I believe that care should meet you exactly where you are, which is why I focus on providing compassionate, individualized home visits for families in our community. My areas of specialization include flange sizing, balancing bottle feeding with breastfeeding, and eliminating pain with latching. These skills allow me to help you move toward feeding that feels comfortable, sustainable, and right for your family.

Over the years, I’ve become deeply rooted in our local network of birth and postpartum professionals. I know that no one should navigate early parenthood alone, and the support you receive should always be comprehensive and connected.
